Our Story & Leadership
CP2 Enterprise was founded by Marcelo Passos, a civil engineer and business executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience in global industry.
After settling in Fayette County and building his “forever home”, Marcelo chose to dedicate the next chapter of his career to real estate development, combining his engineering background, building experience, and passion for thoughtful community design.
